Mini Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling (blueberry or strawberry)
Preparation
    Place cupcake
    liners
    in
    muffin
    pan with one vanilla wafer in\teach.
    Cream
    sugar
    and cream cheese together.
    Add eggs; blend in
    lemon
    juice
    and vanilla.
    Pour over wafer in muffin pan 1/2 to 2/3 full.
    Bake for 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven. Cool; then spoon 1 teaspoon pie filling on top.
