Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. floured blueberries
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt 3 times.
Beat egg whites stiff; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg yolks. Beat together.
Add the flour mixture with milk.
Fold in egg whites and vanilla.
Lastly, add the floured blueberries.
Place in floured and greased bread pan or muffin tins.
Sprinkle top of batter lightly with sugar.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 35 to 45 minutes.
