Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (unpricked)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger, nutmeg and cloves
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine molasses, boiling water and baking soda.
Pour over prepared shell.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until filling is set and crumbs golden brown.
