Honey-Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 fryer, cut up
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Place flour, salt and cayenne in a bowl or bag.
Add chicken pieces one at a time to coat with mixture. Pour melted oleo into 9 x 13-inch pan; place chicken in pan, turn once to coat.
Bake, uncovered, skin side up at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 another 45 minutes or until tender, basting several times with pan drippings.
Serves 4 to 6.
