Potatoes Consulate - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes (even-sized), washed and pared
butter, melted

Preparation

Cut slice off one-side so potato lies firm. Slice down in 1/8-inch slices to about 1/4-inch from bottom (flat side). Place in oiled baking pan. Brush with butter.
