Walnut Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
6 1/4 to 6 3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 Tbsp. shortening, melted
2 beaten eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (1 1/2 c.)
4 c. ground walnuts (1 lb.)
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 slightly beaten egg
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine water, yeast and the 1 teaspoon sugar.
Stir to dissolve yeast. Set aside.
