Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb
    4 to 6 garlic cloves, cut into pieces
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    salt and black pepper
    3 to 4 lb. potatoes
Preparation
    In one dish mix salt, pepper and garlic.
    Make slits in the lamb and insert the garlic.
    Put the meat in a roasting pan.
    Rub the meat with the rest of the salt and pepper mixture.
    Pour lemon juice over the meat.
    Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.
    Do the same as with meat (rub with salt, pepper and lemon juice).
    Add the potatoes to the pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 2 to 3 hours.
