Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 small can Mexicorn
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into prepared skillet.
    Spread cheese over this.
    Add remaining mixture over cheese.
    Bake as you would cornbread.
    If you would like cornbread to be hot, add 1 to 2 pods of hot pepper.
