Crocked Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut round steak into serving pieces.
    Season flour with salt and pepper.
    Dredge meat in seasoned flour.
    Place onions in bottom of crock-pot; add meat.
    Top with carrots and celery. Cover with tomato sauce.
    Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or high 3 to 5 hours.
