Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium-size potatoes
    3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 onion, minced
    1 c. sweet cream
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes.
    Add water, salt and cream.
    Let come to a boil and serve at once with salt wafers.
    Serves 4 people.
