Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 small can chili peppers, diced
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic as desired
Preparation
    Stir and serve with tortilla or corn chips.
