Pork Chops In Spanish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 onion slices, 1/4-inch thick
    2 carrots, slice in strips
    4 green pepper rings
    1 can tomato and rice soup
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides, then pour off drippings.
    Place onions and green pepper ring on each chop. Pour soup can of water over this.
    Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.
    Stir now and then.
