Pecan Pie Or Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar (white)
3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar and flour.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix well.
Add syrup and mix.
Add pecans and stir well.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes for pie.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes for tarts. This recipe makes 1 pie or 12 tarts.
