Peach Or Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) regular pie shell
3 Tbsp. peach or strawberry Jell-O
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 drops red food color
enough peaches or strawberries to fill pie shell, sliced
Preparation

Bake
and
cool
pie shell.
Mix Jell-O, cornstarch and sugar with
boiling water.
Cook until thick and clear (2 or 3 minutes). Add
food\tcolor.\tCool.
Fill baked pie shell with sliced fruit.
Cover
with cooled Jell-O mixture.\tServe with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
