Special Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. very finely chopped onion
fat
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. seasoned vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients, except fat.
Form in balls.
Brown in hot fat, turning frequently.
Cook slowly for 30 minutes.
