Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour, sifted twice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. diced raw apples

Preparation

Mix all by hand!
Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
