Bramborak(Potato Casserole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large potatoes, grated
1 c. hot milk
6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, well beaten
1 small onion, grated
Preparation

Pare and grate potatoes.
Combine with remaining ingredients and blend well.
Grease well
a shallow baking pan (about 7 x 12-inch) and pour mixture into it.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well set.
If you prefer an extra crust, place the pan under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes.
