Herbed Chicken Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breast
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Combine lemon juice, olive oil and water.
Add onion powder, basil leaves and black pepper.
Brush over chicken breasts.
Saute in nonstick skillet until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked. Makes 4 servings.
