Sausage Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bread (1/2-inch cubes)
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
green pepper rings
fresh parsley sprigs
cherry tomatoes
Preparation

Cook sausage done and crumble and drain.
Combine sausage and all other ingredients, except garnishes.
Mix well.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Garnish with pepper rings, parsley strips and cherry tomatoes.
