Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cooked
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 pkg. sliced almonds
    3 hard-cooked eggs (optional)
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chips.
    Spread crushed chips over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes until bubbly and chips are browned.
