Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 qt. popped corn
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Pop corn and measure.
Boil brown sugar, corn syrup and oleo for 5 minutes after it reaches boil.
Stir in soda.
Pour over popcorn; mix well.
Spread on ungreased cookie sheet loosely. Bake at 200\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
For darker color, add soda before boiling.
