Cabbage Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage.
Add enough water to cover.
Add salt.
Cook until tender.
Add sour cream gradually to flour.
Add to cabbage along with the tomato juice.
Bring to a boil.
Serve.
