Karo Fat-Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    Combine dry ingredients until well mixed in large bowl.
    In a medium bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan.
    Bake until cake springs back when lightly touched.
    Cool on wire rack. Serves 16.
