Godmother'S Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 lb. can pumpkin

Preparation

Grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on High.
Pour into pie plate.
Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife can cut clean. Let cool and add whipped cream, if wanted.
