Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    few drops onion juice
    1 1/8 c. milk
    1 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. broken, cleaned and cooked shrimp
    flaky rice
Preparation
    Melt the butter; add the flour, salt, pepper and onion juice. When bubbling, gradually stir in the milk.
    Cook and stir until boiling.
    Then add the curry powder dissolved in a little extra milk.
    Add the shrimp and let stand about 10 minutes to become very hot.
    Serve poured over mounds of flaky rice.
