Mexican Luncheon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh bulk pork sausage
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook sausage until lightly browned.
    Pour off drippings.
    Add onions and green pepper.
    Continue cooking 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, macaroni and seasonings.
    Cover tightly and cook slowly 30 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook until heated.
