Cranberry "Dope" Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1/2 to 3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Grind the cranberries and sprinkle with the sugar.
Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
While standing mix the pineapple and marshmallows together and add the nuts.
Whip the cream and then mix all of the prepared ingredients together.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Serve at holiday times.
It is both pretty and delicious.
