Apple Salad Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium apples, diced
    2 (2 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water or apple juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cinnamon and chill until thickened.
    Fold in apples, celery and nuts; chill until firm.
