Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 c. ketchup
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    juice from 1 lemon
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 bouillon cube
Preparation
    Bake brisket, covered, at 250\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Brown together the butter, onion and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
    The last 45 minutes of cooking brisket, pour sauce over to cover. Save remaining sauce to pour over as served.
