Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. margarine, melted and cooled
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 lb. sour cream
Preparation
    Use a 9-inch spring pan greased with margarine.
    All ingredients should be at room temperature.
    Use mixer and mix in the order listed.
