Shoupe(Shrimp And Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. potatoes, diced
    2 tomatoes
    1 small onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 lime
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook shrimp for 5 minutes (save water).
    Peel and clean shrimp.
    Saute onion, tomatoes, bell pepper and garlic in oil. Then add to small amount of water with potatoes and cook until potatoes are done.
    Add cut up shrimp, catsup and Lea
    & Perrins sauce.
    Then add hard-boiled eggs, cut up, salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce.
    Serve with white rice.
