Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
    6 Tbsp. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream the first 2 ingredients.
    Add eggs; beat.
    Add flour; beat.
    Add syrup; beat.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes,
    using a jelly roll pan.
