Garlic Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
10 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. skim milk
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese
Preparation
-
Cook in saucepan spinach according to package directions; drain.
Place garlic in blender.
Add cooked spinach, milk, salt and pepper sauce.
Add cheese.
