Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 small or 1 large egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add beaten eggs and milk.
Pour into 2 pie shells.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until crust is brown. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake an additional 15 or 20 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out dry.
