Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, halved
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
1 c. grated Colby cheese
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown chicken in margarine; season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken and in same pan, saute onions.
In 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, arrange chicken and top with onions and 1/2 jar salsa.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and add rest of salsa; dollop sour cream and cheese and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
