Mincemeat Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box mincemeat
    3/4 c. water
    1 pkg. dates
    1 pkg. candied yellow pineapple
    1 pkg. candied cherries
    1 c. nuts
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook mincemeat in water for 1 minute.
    Combine all remaining ingredients; pour mincemeat mixture over other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 250\u00b0 for about an hour or until toothpick comes out dry.
