Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
    2 c. celery
    2 green peppers
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 lb. zucchini
    1 c. onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Ground turkey can be used instead of sausage.
    Brown sausage or turkey.
    Cut zucchini into bite size pieces.
    Place all ingredients into soup pot.
    Add water and cook until vegetables are done.
