Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 qt. half and half
1 Tbsp. Old Bay
1/4 c. chopped small onion and celery (optional)
pinch of black pepper
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Mash potato chunks in soup first, then add soup.
Add half and half and seasonings.
Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
Add crabmeat and simmer about 10 minutes.
