Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut up
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Stir all and put into a 9 or 10-inch pie crust.
    Beat 3 eggs and 1 cup milk and pour over pie.
    Prepare a lattice top crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
