Peanut Butter Candy - cooking recipe

1 small potato
1 box powdered sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Boil potato with peeling on until done.
Peel when done and mash potato and add a little butter while mashing with fork.
Add powdered sugar with the potato.
Pat out like biscuit dough. Spread peanut butter on the dough like you would on a sandwich. You will pat dough pretty thin because you are going to roll the dough.
After you have rolled the dough lengthwise, put in fridge until chilled, then cut into bite-sizes and put in airtight container and keep in fridge.
