Crab Regal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 oz. crabmeat, cooked, drained and flaked
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a 1-quart casserole or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Spoon into 2 individual casserole, sauce dishes or shells.
Cook, uncovered, 1 minute and 30 seconds or until edges bubble.
Makes 2 servings.
