Summer Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large green tomatoes
    8 large sour apples
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. molasses
    3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Core tomatoes and apples.
    Put in food chopper.
    Add ingredients.
    Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
    Immediately put in jars.
    Ready for pie.
