Chicken Oriental(Broiled Or Grilled) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 clove freshly minced garlic
Preparation
-
Place chicken on grill or rack of broiler pan.
Brush with half of sauce.
Grill or broil about 10 minutes, turn and brush remaining sauce and broil or grill for 10 minutes or until tender. Serves 4.
