Cream Of Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
9 Tbsp. flour
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
4 c. half and half
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. crab meat
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
salt to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Stir in chicken broth.
Cook until mixture begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Add half and half, parsley, crab meat, chives, sherry, Old Bay and salt.
Mix well.
Heat just to serving temperature.
Do not boil.
