Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
3 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning (use Cajun seasoning mix)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
mustard
1 c. cooking oil (preferably peanut oil)
Preparation

Mix cornmeal with Cajun seasoning.
Dip catfish into mixture of milk, eggs and mustard.
Coat well with cornmeal mixture.
Heat oil.
Drop fish into hot oil and cook until golden brown.
