Turkey Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey carcass, cut in pieces
    water
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. sliced carrots
    salt to taste
    8 oz. medium noodles
Preparation
    Put turkey carcass pieces in large kettle and cover with water. Cover kettle and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Skim surface to remove excess fat.
    Add vegetables and salt and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add noodles and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
