Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. lard
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut shortening into
    dry ingredients.
    Put egg into a 1 cup measure.
    Beat the\tegg and fill the cup with water.
    Pour into a well
    made\tin
    the
    shortening and flour mixture.\tMix only enough to form
    a ball.
    The mixture will seem too moist, but you will be
    adding
    flour as you roll the pie crust.
    Use what you need and freeze the rest.
