Vegetable Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green peppers
    1 small can diced beets
    1 small can diced carrots
    1 small can peas
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can (from soup) vinegar
Preparation
    Parboil green peppers.
    Stuff peppers with vegetable mixture. Place in baking dish and pour tomato soup and vinegar over peppers.
    Bake about 1 hour.
