Chicken In Carrot And Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. oil
1 small can mushroom slices
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 can creamy chicken and mushroom soup
1/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation

Brown chicken in oil and remove from pan.
Add mushrooms and carrots and cook until tender.
Mix in soup and sherry, scraping bottom of pan.
Put chicken back into pan and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
