Italian Pasta Salad With Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. olive oil
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/2 c. parsley flakes
1 to 2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
1 large yellow pepper
1/2 lb. Genoa salami
1 stick pepperoni
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. rotelle macaroni
4 oz. pitted small black olives
Preparation

In shaker or jar, mix light-tasting olive oil, fresh or frozen lemon juice, garlic (minced fine), parsley flakes, dried basil, salt and pepper.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, rinse in cold water and drain again.
Seed green, red and yellow peppers and slice into small chunks.
Cut salami into cubes. Slice pepperoni lengthwise, then crosswise in thin slices.
Cut cheese (preferably part skim) in bite-sized cubes.
